热机械处理对CuCrZrBeRE合金组织和性能的影响
Effect of Thermo-Mechanical Treatment on Microstructureand Properties of CuCrZrBeRE Alloy
【摘要】 研究了热机械处理对CuCrZrBeRE合金组织及性能的影响 ,探讨了合金的强化机理。结果表明 ,合金经热机械处理 (铸锭→热锻→固溶→冷变形→时效 )后具有较高的抗拉强度、屈服强度、硬度、高的导电性和适宜的软化温度
【Abstract】 The effect of thermo-mechanical treatment on microstructure and properties of CuCrZrBeRE alloy and strengthening mechanism were studied.The results show that this alloy after thermo-mechanical treatment (cast ingot→hot-forging→solution→cold-working→ageing),has higher tensile strength,yield strength,hardness,high electrical conductivity and suitable softening temperature.
