激光近成形钴基高温合金研究
Study on Co-base Super-alloy by Laser Engineered Net Shaping
【摘要】 利用激光近成形技术 ,采用钴基合金粉末在金属零件表面进行单道多层熔覆成形试验 ,获得具有良好外形和尺寸精度 2~ 2 0mm的薄壁零件。利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱仪、电子拉伸试验机和显微硬度计等分析仪器对其微观组织、微观成分分布及抗拉强度和硬度进行了分析和测试。结果表明 ,所成形的薄壁零件的组织为细小的枝晶 ,层间成分分布均匀 ,没有明显的成分偏析。力学性能测试结果显示其性能可满足实际使用要求
【Abstract】 By laser engineering net shaping (LENS) Co- based alloy powder for multi-layer test was melted on a steel substrate,and the thin wall parts 2~20mm with smooth surface and accurate size was obtained.Microstructures,composition,constituent phases and mechanical properties of the shaped samples were tested by means of optics microscope,SEM,EDAX ,electronic tensile testing machine and microhardness tester.The results show that the microstructure of the thin wall parts was composed of fine dendrites.Energy spectrum analysis shows that there is no obvious composition segregation in the cladding layers.The mechanical properties measurement results indicate that the as-formed Co-base parts can meet the requirement of practical application.
