ZA27合金摩擦磨损试验的磨损量测定

【摘要】 研究了铸造锌基高铝合金ZA2 7的摩擦磨损特性。发现在不同试验条件下磨损试验后 ,ZA2 7试样的磨损量经常为负值 ,即出现增重。其原因是在润滑磨损条件下 ,ZA2 7具有很强的吸附、贮存润滑油的能力。对磨损后的ZA2 7试样进行 2 2 0℃× 3h加热 ,可以使吸附在合金中的润滑油燃烧、挥发 ,从而可以准确地测出磨损后的质量 ,得到实际磨损量

【Abstract】 The wear test of Zn-Al cast alloy ZA27 was carried out. An abnormal phenomenon was found that after frictional wear test in different condition,the wear loss value often was a negative that means the weight of worn sample increased.It shows that the ZA27 alloy has a strong absorbing ability and reserving lubricant oil in the wear test under oil lubrication,so the weight of worn sample contains some oil.When heating the worn sample of ZA27 alloy for 220℃×3h,the absorbed oil can be burned and volatilized,and the weight of worn samples can be measured exactly, so an accurate wear loss value will be gained.
