稀土对45钢渗硼层组织和性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了稀土对 4 5钢渗硼层组织和性能影响 ,并对影响机理进行了初步探讨。结果表明 ,稀土 硼共渗层的组织、显微硬度、脆性、耐磨性比单一渗硼层明显改善 ,尤其是耐磨性显著提高 ,稀土元素 (La)在渗层中呈不均匀状态。

【Abstract】 Effects of rare earth on the structure and properties of boronizing layer for steel 45 were studied and the mechanism of effects of rare earth was discussed.The result showed that the structure,microhardness,brittleness and wear-resistance of boronizing layer after rare earth boronizing were better than that of conventional boronizing,especially the wear-resistance of boronizing layer was increased remarkably and the distribution of rare earth element(La)in the layer was non-uniform.
