【摘要】 采用电弧与交变磁场交互作用后形成的柔性电弧 (扇状弧幕 )加热轧辊表面 ,实现了轧辊差温热处理。辊面硬度和金相组织分析结果表明基本满足轧辊热处理的技术要求

【Abstract】 The roller differential heat treatment(DHT)by soft arc,fan shaped arc curtain like,thermal source in which formed by the interact process between arc electric field and alternating magnetic field was introduced.The results show that roller surface hardness and microstructure meets the technical specification of roller heat treatment.
