计算机磁头飞行过程的仿真研究

【摘要】 该文采用蒙特卡洛直接模拟方法(DSMC)对计算机硬盘中的磁头飞行过程进行动态仿真,并将计算结果与传统的基于线性Boltzmann方程的修正Reynolds方程数值计算结果比较。在DSMC模拟过程中,用大量的仿真粒子来模拟实际系统,基于硬球模型对粒子的三维速度和位置分量进行计算和存储,得到了沿膜厚方向的二维压力分布。两种方法得到的结果非常吻合,该文采用DSMC法对传统方法不能解决的发生线接触的工况进行了计算,给出了磁头飞行过程中发生与磁盘撞击的仿真结果。

【Abstract】 This paper employs Direct Simulation of Monte Carlo to dynamically simulate the magnetic head of computer hard drive in aviation. Additionally it compares the calculation results with the numerical results by the revised Reynolds equation based on Linear Boltzmann equation. During the DSMC simulation, great quantities of particle have been introduced to simulate the real system. We carry out the calculation and recording the 3D speed and position vectors of the particles in basis of Hard Core Model. As a result, we obtain the 2D pressure distribution along the vertical direction of the film. The results of both Reynolds method and this paper are quite similar. All in all, it presents the new calculation techniques which can solve some problems that regular calculation method can’t really solve and releases the simulation results of the impact of computer magnetic head in aviation.
