【Abstract】 Chinese securities industry has to change their management strategy, which is the center of the customer, because of the opening of the financial marker and reforming of the financial system. This paper begins with the necessity of applications of CRM insecurities business, and discusses the function and frame of the analytical CRM System, however dissertates the key technology of this CRM system. At the end of the paper, the practice application of the analytical CRM is enumerated.更多还原
