【摘要】 探讨了企业如何构建有效的VMI信息系统,介绍了采纳VMI战略对各方所造成的利益变动情况。分析结果可作为实施VMI战略时企业间如何进行利益协调的参考。

【Abstract】 This paper discusses how to construct an effective VMI information system in enterprises, and studies the profit change after enterprises adopt VMI strategy, the results can act as reference when enterprises make profits coordination.
