【Abstract】 By means of on-the-spot interview, this case makes study of Sun Shuangquan, a Chinese teacher of special classification in Jiangsu Province. The purpose of the study is to enquire into the rule and mechanism that led him to the status of a prominent teacher. The findings of the study show that his success was determined by the three factors such as the school-based culture he lived in, the action research he took part in and his personal characteristic inclination.更多还原
