从政治文化看民初宪政失败的原因
On the Failure of the Constitutional Government in the Early Years of the Republic of China
【摘要】 民国初年宪政实践的失败是移植于西方的政治体制与中国传统政治文化碰撞冲突的必然结果。它启示我们,在宪政建设过程中要重视培育相应的政治文化,并正视宪政建设过程的长期性与艰巨性。
【Abstract】 The constitutional government transplanted from the western countries was doomed to fail,for it conflicted with Chinese traditional political culture.The failure tells us that fitting political culture should be developed to face the long and tortuous course of the construction.
