采用二次回火提高锻模使用寿命

【摘要】 通过对5CrNiMo、5CrNi2Mo锻模修复后采用460℃×5h二次回火处理,减少了裂纹萌生与扩展程度,提高了锤锻模的使用寿命。

【Abstract】 Forging die after it is repaired is secondary tempered at 460℃x5h,which reduces cracking and crack spreading and raises its service life.
