【摘要】 通过对企业设备管理模式的思考,论述了设备管理在我国的发展过程以及TPM在实践中的运用,并通过对设备管理与企业文化相互关系的探讨,说明了企业文化形成和发展的重要性。

【Abstract】 By thinking of enterprise equipment managing model, discusses the application of equipment management in TPM practice and the relation between man agement and enterprise civilization which shows the importance of forming and de velopment of enterprise civilization.
