多维矩阵视频压缩算法的实时性研究
Research of Real-time on the Multi-dimensional Matrix Video Com pression Algorithm
【摘要】 该文讨论并实时实现了多维矩阵视频压缩算法。结合多维矩阵视频压缩算法的特点,在以TMS320C6201为处理核心的并行DSP系统上进行了压缩算法的实时性研究。采用流水线的工作方式,在编码和解码端均有两片DSP并行来完成编码和解码。对于实时的仿真实验给出了重建图像,并将实验数据与MPEG进行了比较。实验结果证明,该算法及结构可实时实现视频图像的压缩,并具有高压缩比、高信噪比的特点,具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 In this paper,multi-dimensional matrix video compression algorithm is discussed and implemented.Considering the characteristic of the algorithm,research of real-time on the multi-dimensional matrix video compression algorithm is implemented on the parallel DSP system whose processing core is TMS320C6201.There are both two DSPs to accomplish the encoding and decoding with pipeline technique in the encoder and decoder.Reconstruction images and data of the real-time simulation experiments are given and compared with MPEG.Simulation results demonstrate that this algorithm and architecture which can compress video image in real-time and effectively would have a very good spectacle in the area of real-time video coding.
