电子政务信息的时态属性研究

【摘要】 电子政务在我国全面实施,电子政务中的信息的时效性非常重要,长期以来没有得到重视,针对目前对电子政务中信息处理方法的不足,文章分析了电子政务信息处理中的存在的问题,结合时态理论,规则库,数据库等理论知识,提出了一个解决电子政务中信息有效性的处理模型。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the deficiency of the present method of processing the temporal character of E-Govern-ment information,then it presents a model which is combined with temporal theory,rule database,database management ,for solving this problem.
