基于ADAMS的麦弗逊前悬架优化研究
The Optimized Desigh of Macpherson Suspension based on Adams
【摘要】 针对厂家反映的汽车前轮磨损严重的问题,以多体系统动力学理论为基础,应用机械系统动力学仿真分析软件ADAMS的Car专业模块建立该皮卡车麦弗逊式前悬架多体系统模型,并采用ADAMS/Insight模块进行性能分析,找出磨损严重的原因,同时进一步进行悬架布置优化设计,最终得出优化的悬架布置方案,较好地解决了轮胎磨损的问题。
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of multibody dynamics and the bad wheel wear submitted car manufacturers, a multibody dynamics model of a macpherson front suspension is built by using ADAMS/Car. Using the ADAMS/Insight, the kinematics analysis of the suspension is carried out and the main factor of the wheel wear is found Through the optimum design using ADAMS/Insight, the optimized suspension is obtained.
