晶粒取向对镍基超合金Inconel690离子渗氮速率的影响
Effect of Grain Orientation on the Nitriding Rate of a Nickel-based Superalloy Inconel 690
【摘要】 对镍基超合金Inconel6 90进行了离子渗氮处理。利用扫描电镜 (SEM)、X射线衍射 (XRD)及电子背散射衍射 (EBSD)等手段对渗氮层进行了表征。结果表明 :Inconel 6 90经低温离子渗氮处理生成氮在奥氏体中的过饱和固溶相 (γN 相 ) ;取向不同的晶粒γN 层厚度不同 ;γN 层生长速度在θ<1 0 0 >(<10 0>晶向和渗层生长方向的最小夹角 )值较小的晶粒内比在θ<1 0 0 >值较大的晶粒内快 ,并且γN 层厚度与θ<1 0 0 >大致呈线性关系。
【Abstract】 Inconel 690, a nickel-based superalloy, was nitrided by means of plasma nitriding. SEM, XRD and Electron Backscatter Diffraction (EBSD) were employed to characterize the nitrided layer. The results indicate that a low temperature plasma nitriding of Inconel 690 produces a supersaturated nitrogen solid solution in austenite (γ N phase). The thickness of the γ N layer is different between grains with different grain orientation. The γ N layer grows faster in the grains with small θ <100>han in the grains with large θ <100>θ <100>eing the smallest angle between the <100>irection and growth direction of the nitrided layer. Furthermore, the thickness of the γ N layer shows an approximate linear relationship with θ <100>
