脉冲电流对铝基纳米合金相变动力学的影响
Effect of Electropulsing on the Phase Transformation Dynamics of Al-matrix Nanocrystalline Alloy
【摘要】 研究了超短脉冲电流处理对快凝Al92 3Fe4 3V0 7Si1 7Nd1 0 纳米晶合金薄带相稳定性的影响 ,并与等温时效处理结果进行了比较 ,基体Al晶粒尺寸和析出相颗粒尺寸减小 ,亚稳相向稳定相转变速度加快 ,相转变温度降低约 10 0℃ ;理论分析表明 :外场使相转变激活能、临界核心半径和形核功下降 ,从而提高形核率 ,并对新相长大有促进作用。
【Abstract】 The influence of electropulsing on the microstructure of RS Al 92.3 Fe 4.3 V 0.7 Si 1.7 Nd 1.0 nanocrystalline alloy ribbon were studied. Compared with the result of isothermal annealing, the size of Al grain and precipitate particle decreased, the velocity of phase transformation from metastable Al 8Fe 4Nd phase to α-Al 13 (Fe,V) 3Si increased, and the temperature of phase transformation drop 100℃. Thermodynamics analysis shows that the external potential field cause the decrease of the activation energy, critical nucleus radius of crystal and the driving force, and the external potential field promotes the growth rate of new phase.
