【摘要】 本文以中间业务为例,通过考察国有银行中间业务发展的制度背景及存在的问题,提出了国有商业银行目前治理机制改革之重点。文章认为,产权是重要的,但并不表明产权改革和治理机制改革之间存在严格的先后顺序,短期内治理机制改革完全可以先行;改革国有商业银行治理机制应从优化治理机制内部基础构造入手。更多还原

【Abstract】 By taking the fees and commissions business as an example, the paper studies the development of intermediate business of state - owned commercial banks.
