【摘要】 目的 :探讨应用横形包皮岛状皮瓣一期治疗尿道下裂的手术效果。方法 :利用横形包皮岛状皮瓣 ,对 38例尿道下裂 (阴茎型 33例 ,阴茎阴囊型 5例 )进行一期修复手术 ,同时作膀胱造瘘 2 3例 ,另 15例仅留置导尿管。结果 :一次手术成功 33例 ,占 86 .8% ;术后并发尿瘘 5例 ,其中 1例术后 2周瘘口自愈、3例术后 6个月再手术修补成功、1例两次手术修补后成功 ;尿道狭窄 6例 ,占 15 .8% ,经尿道扩张 4～ 9次痊愈 ;阴茎旋转 4例 ,获随访 2例 ,分别于术后 11个月和 15个月恢复正常。结论 :横形包皮岛状皮瓣一期手术治疗尿道下裂 ,效果良好 ,手术成功率高更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate one-stage repair of hypospadias usign transverse preputial island flap.Methods:38 cases of hypospadias with chordee under-going this procedure in the past 6 years were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Of 38 cases,33(86.8%) secured success and postoperative urinary fistula developed in 5(13.8%),urethral stricture in 6 (15.8%) and penile rotation in 4 (10.5%).Suprapabic diversion was used for drainage in 23 cases,and not in the other 15 cases.Conclusion:The use of transverse preputial island flap is effective in hypospadias repair and it is not necessary to divert urine for drainage in the elder children.更多还原
