【摘要】 目的 :介绍应用小切口单侧关节突间开窗治疗腰椎间盘突出症的手术方法。方法 :1998年至 2 0 0 2年采用此手术方法治疗腰椎间盘突出症 5 0例。结果 :本组 5 0例均治愈 ,无手术并发症发生。结论 :这种手术方法切口小、出血少、手术时间短 ,术后恢复快 ,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce an operative method of unilateral mini-incision articular processus fenestration to lumbar disc herniation.Methods:From 1998 to 2002,there were 50 cases of lumbar disc herniation treated by this way.Results:All the patients achieved a satisfactory effect,The main advantages of this way consisted of small incision,less hemorrhage,shortened operative time,quick recovery of postoperation.Conclusion:This way is a micro-traumatic operative method.It’s worth popularization.更多还原
