【Abstract】 The repair of the injured central neural system has drawn great attention of neurologists worldwide. Neural stem cell (NSC) has been regarded as an ideal material in the treatment of the injured central ntural system ever since it was discovered in adult mammals. We reviewed the studies on NSC mainly focused on its isolation, proliferation under mitogen and setting up immortal cell lines by gene transferring, some of which were tried in clinical cases.更多还原
