地表水中微囊藻毒素的危害与控制(综述)

【摘要】 微囊藻毒素(microcystin,MC)是一类环状多肽类物质,具有很强的肝毒性.微囊藻毒素在我国淡水水体分布广泛,许多大型水体和供水水库都已发生微囊藻水华,一些城市饮用水源受到污染.检测水体微囊藻毒素的方法主要有高效液相色谱(HPLC)和酶联免疫法(ELISA),但目前仍缺乏一种快速、经济的常规检测方法.要控制饮用水源中微囊藻毒素的含量,除了物理、化学、生物等去除手段外,水体富营养化防治是最有效、也是最根本的控制手段.

【Abstract】 Microcystin (MC) is a kind of hepatotoxic peptide produced by some species of cyanophyta (blue algae), which distribute in worldwide eutrophic water. MC has caused poisoning of animals and posed human healthy hazards as well. MC occurs widely in China, where toxic blue-green algal blooms occurred frequently and intensively in lakes and reservoirs. Moreover, even the drinking-water resources have been contaminated by MC in some places. The main techniques for MC assessment are HPLC and ELISA, however, no rapid and economic methods have been used in general monitoring yet. The control methods such as physical, chemical and biological ways have been developed to improve drinking water quality. Whereas, prevention further deterioration of water quality and restoration of eutrophic water are the most efficient and basic ways and also urgent tasks for us to eliminate MC in drinking water resources.
