【摘要】 目的 :探讨化疗后恶心、呕吐发生的时间规律。方法 :收集 2 0 0 1年 1月至 2 0 0 3年 11月收治的2 5 6例肺癌病人的临床资料 ,采用分时段统计恶心、呕吐发生的时间和例数 ,各时段之间进行 χ2 检验。结果 :化疗后恶心、呕吐发生以用药后第 3、4天较多 ,较少发生在第 1、6天。结论 :肿瘤病人化疗后出现恶心、呕吐有时间的规律性 ,提示应在病人化疗后第 3、4天易发生的时段加强护理有效干预 ,减轻病人痛苦 ,使化疗能正常进行更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to obtain the rules of occurrence time of nausea and vomit.Method 256 cases of lung cancer patients cured in our department from January,2001 to November,2003,were investigated. In the study, occurrence time and number of nausea and vomit were summarized,and X 2 tests were used for analysis.Results After chemotherapy, nausea and vomit usually occured on the third day and the fourth day, few on the first day and the sixth day.Conclusion So a rule exists among occurrence time of nausea and vomit of the tumor patients after chemotherapy. Therefore, reinforced nursing and effective intervention should be taken to mitigate the pain on the third day and the fourth day after chemotherapy and to make chemotherapy ahead.更多还原
