【摘要】 目的观察氟伐他汀在老年2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者中对血脂水平的影响。方法选择72例老年2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者,随机分成2组,在控制饮食的基础上分别给予氟伐他汀40mg/d和单纯降糖治疗8周,分别测定治疗前后的血脂水平。结果应用降血脂药物后,患者的TG、CHO、LDL降低,HDL升高,血脂紊乱得到明显纠正。结论氟伐他汀对老年2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者有明显的调脂作用,它可使TG、CHO、LDL降低,使HDL升高。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective to investigation the clinical effect of Fluvastatin on blood lipids in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients accompanied with hyperlipemia. Method 72cases of elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients accompanied with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into two groups, on the base of food control, one was treated with Fluvastatin 40 mg/d for eight weeks, the other was treated with only antihyperglycemic, then blood lipids were estimated before and after treatment. Results After treatment with Fluvastatin, TG, CHO, LDL were reduced and HDL was increased. Dyslipidemia was obviously corrected. Conclusion For elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients accompanied with hyperlipemia, Fluvastatin is effective in adjusting blood lipids. Fluvastatin can reduce TG, CHO, LDL,and increase HDL.更多还原
