【摘要】 目的 :分析南京市 18所三级甲等医院 (简称三甲 )三日确诊率情况 ,总结出达标与否的经验教训。　方法 :分别统计 18所三甲医院三日确诊率情况 ,并与同年度收容量、床位使用率、床位周转次数及出院者平均住院日情况对比分析。　结果和结论 :对照国家卫生部分级管理文件规定三日确诊率≥ 90 %的要求 ,18所医院 17所达标 ,占 94 .4 4 % ;在达标的医院中 ,三日确诊率最低为 95 .8%、最高的为 10 0 % ;其中三日确诊率≥ 96 %、≥ 98%及达 10 0 %的医院分别为 16所 (占 94 .1% )、9所 (占 5 .3% )、1所 (占 0 .6 % ) ,并提出提高三日确诊率的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the 3-day-correct-diagnosis rate in 18 "the 3rd degree and grade A" hospitals in Nanjing,and to conclude our experience. Methods:To count the 3-day-correct-diagnosis rate in the 18 hospitals,and compare the number of in-patients,the bed-using rate,the bed-turnover times and the average in-patient days in the same year. Results and conclusions:As the rules of the grade-management files of the Ministry of Health,the 3-day-correct-diagnosis rate should ≥90%.In those 18 hospitals,17 hospitals reached the standard(94.44%).Among them,the lowest was 95.8%,the highest was 100%;And the number of the hospitals with the 3-day-correct-diagnosis rate ≥96%,≥98% and 100% were 16(94.1%),9(5.3%) and 1(0.6%) respectively.Also the ways of raising of the 3-day-correct-diagnosis rate were recommanded.更多还原
