【摘要】 以广西岩滩水电站的钢闸门安全检测为背景,以溢洪道弧形闸门为例,用三维有限元方法分析计算了闸门在各个工况下的应力、变形特性,计算结果和现场应变测试的结果基本一致.在有限元计算和现场测试结果的基础上,根据水工钢闸门设计规范和水工金属结构报废标准建立的强度和刚度评判标准,对岩滩电站的闸门进行了校核,并评价了其安全性.该理论和方法,可为类似闸门工程的设计和检测提供参考.

【Abstract】 Verifying calculation is important in the hydraulic steel gate safety testing and checking. The aim of the present research is to test and check Yantan hydropower reservoir steel gates in Guangxi Province. 3D-FEM was used to calculate the stress and displacement distribution of a 22.5m-high and 15m-wide spillway radial gate. The calculated results were in agreement with testing data. Besides, according to national code,the FEM enumerate data and site-tested data are used to evaluate the steel gate’s safety. The theory and method of the paper could be used in similar problems.
