正弦逼近法振动传感器幅相特性测量技术的研究

【摘要】 介绍正交Michelson激光干涉仪的基本原理和特点,针对加速度传感器幅频和相频特性测量技术,详细介绍了正弦逼近法完整的数学推导过程,并论述了其中相位展开、曲线拟合、误差补偿等技术难点。概述测量系统的构架以及完成数据采集和信号处理的虚拟仪器技术。

【Abstract】 The principle and characteristics of quadrature Michelson laser interferometers are fully described. The sine-approximation method of the sensitivity magnitude and phase calibration of accelerometers is introduced in detail, as well as phase unwrapping algorithm, quadrature corrections and the least squares fit algorithm are discussed. Based on this, an automated accelerometer calibration system is developed with the help of virtual instrument technology, which is of great importance in the field of vibration calibration.
