ZK55SiMn Mo钎杆早期失效分析及工艺改进
Analysis on early failure of ZK55SiMnMo borer pole and technological improvement
【摘要】 ZK55SiMnMo钎杆早期失效的原因是钢在锻造加热时采用燃煤加热,加热时间长,表面氧化脱碳严重,在锻造时产生微裂纹,并且内部粗大,强韧性下降,在使用时裂纹快速扩展所致。解决办法是采用中频加热方式。
【Abstract】 The cause of early failure of ZK55SiMnMo borer pole is analyzed in this paper. That is when steel was forged under coal heating,a long time resulted in serious oxidation and decarbon on surface, and then brought micro-crackle,loose form within and low strength and toughness to the borer pole. So using intermediate frequency furnace heating is suggested, the result showed tendency fracture has lightened greatly.
