发动机连杆裂解加工及其关键技术

【摘要】 分析了断裂的剖分机理和发生条件,并对裂解连杆材料、预制初始裂纹槽、定向裂解、定扭矩装配螺栓等连杆裂解加工的关键技术与核心工艺进行了探讨。研究开发了具有"背压"裂解功能的定向裂解机床,并对轿车发动机连杆裂解加工过程进行了数值分析与试验探索。结果表明:合理设计裂纹槽位置与几何参数并保证加工精度,可有效降低裂解加工载荷。背压裂解加工方法有利于提高裂解加工质量,在瞬时加载条件下,合理调节背压力与裂解力比值,可获得性能优良的断裂面。

【Abstract】 The fracture-splitting mechanism and conditions were discussed and the key techniques and working procedures such as the material selection, machining of cracking notches, directed fracture separating and assembling bolts in required torque were presented. A fracture-splitting machine that can provide backpressure in cap of connecting rod was developed and fracture-splitting processing for car engine connecting rods was investigated numerically and experimentally. The results show that the right design in notch location and geometry and the satisfactory precision for notching reduces fracture loads effectively, the backpressure is of benefit to splitting quality, a right ratio of splitting force to backpressure force brings a perfect fracture face in the case of applying instantaneous load to hole in the big end of connecting rod.
