柴油机尾气净化装置的微波加热催化再生技术

【摘要】 分析了柴油机微粒过滤器及其再生技术的现状与发展趋势,论述了现有后处理技术的优缺点,着重介绍了微波加热技术与催化再生技术相结合应用到柴油机尾气净化装置的再生技术.台架试验结果表明,使用微波加热技术与催化再生技术与原机相比,柴油机排气微粒下降98.2%,为最有发展前景的后处理技术之一.

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the actualities and the developing trend of the diesel engine exhaust particle filter and its regeneration techniques, dissertates the advantages and disadvantages of existing aftertreatment techniques, and emphasizes the regeneration technique of the diesel engine exhaust particle filter, which combines microwave heating with catalysis. Compared with the original equipment, the predominance of applying microwave heating combined with catalysis regeneration technique is obvious. As can be shown in this experiment, diesel engine exhaust particles can be reduced by 98.2%, and it will be one of the most perspective aftertreatment techniques.
