【Abstract】 The gas pressure drop of a rotating packed bed (RPB) is an important factor in its engineering design. In this paper, the gas pressure drop of a cross-flow rotating packed bed is studied based on air-water system. In the range of experiments, results show that the cross-flow pressure drop is tenth of counter-flow and is influenced by rotating speed and gas flow rate. It is almost independent of liquid flow rate.更多还原
