ARM嵌入式系统在数控磨床故障诊断中的应用研究

【摘要】 分析现代数控磨床故障诊断的特点和技术要求。首次将ARM嵌入式系统引入诊断领域,建 立基于ARM的故障诊断应用平台。面向系统开发过程,提出系统实现的关键技术,实现了现代测控和诊断 系统的小型化和智能化。

【Abstract】 After analyzing the fault characteristics and technological request of NC grinding machine, the ARM embedded - system is firstly introduced into diagnosis field, and an ARM - based fault diagnosis application platform is structured. And key techniques and the reasonable solutions are advanced to realize the whole system in the developing progress. The intelligence and size minimization of diagnosis and modern measuring and controlling system are realized actually.
