多通道炉温实时监控系统
Implement of Real - time Furnace Temperature Monitoring System in Windows
【摘要】 该文介绍了一种基于Windows平台、以C++Builder 6.0为开发工具来实现多通道炉温监控系统的方法。系统采用了带积分分离的增量式PID控制与Bang—Bang控制相结合的算法和调功控温的调节方式,在软件设计中通过引入Windows的多媒体定时器和TeeChart控件,较好地实现了加热炉温度的实时控制与动态显示。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces a method of real - time furnace temperature monitoring in Windows, which is designed by C + + Builder 6. 0. In the system we use integral separation PID control algorithm connected with Bang -Bang control. And the temperature regulating is realized by regulating power. In programming, we employ multimedia timer for Windows and TeeChart controls. Then we get the real - time control and dynamic display for furnace temperature and achieve friendly operating interface, highly control accuracy and practicability.
