晋东南地区民间食用野生植物的民族植物学研究

【摘要】 经初步调查表明 ,晋东南地区民间食用的野生植物有62种(含变种) ,文章对其进行民族植物学编目 ,介绍了民间食用方法 ,探讨了民间食用野生植物的意义

【Abstract】 There are62species of folk wild edible plants in Jin south-eastern region.The paper discussed the value of traditional knowledge on using wild edible plants of indigenous residents.In this paper,local names,botanical names,Chinese names,edible parts are shown in the table"Ethnobotanical inventory of the folk wild edible plants in south-eastregion".
