基于CAN总线的电控发动机开发环境研究

【摘要】 本文研究开发了基于CAN总线的电控发动机开发环境 ,并介绍其硬件设计和软件设计。开发系统由ECU、测功机测控系统和PC -CAN接口板组成。CAN基本节点由SJA1 0 0 0、AT89C5 2、PCA82C2 5 0及高速光偶 6N1 37组成。开发环境提高了系统数据采集与处理的实时性 ,增强了系统的扩展能力并简化了现场通讯线束。

【Abstract】 The developing environment of electronic controlled engine was studied.The flexible developing system based on CAN field bus were presented. The system has three parts, including PC-CAN card, ECU and Power measure and control unit. The software and hardware design of the developing environment and each basic CAN node were given. The developing environment CAN Can transfer the data real-timely, reduce the wiring harness and can be expanded easily.
