【摘要】 目的　探讨慢性住院精神分裂症患者的生活质量状况。方法　采用修改的“生活质量问卷”对 118例慢性精神分裂症住院患者进行调查。结果　年龄、病程、住院时间与QOL -Q得分之间存负相关 (r =- 0 .5 2 0 ,- 0 .4 83,- 0 .5 37,P <0 .0 5 ) ,应用氯氮平和经典抗精神病药的患者的QOL -Q得分比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论　长期住院明显影响精神分裂症患者的生活质量 ,非典型抗精神病药对生活质量的影响有待深入研究更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the condition of the quality of life for the inpatients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods Investigated 118 chronic schizophrenia inpatients with the modified quality of life questionnaire (QOL-Q). Results The age, duration and the time of hospitalization were correlated negatively with the scores of the QOL-Q(r= -0.520,-0.483,-0.537,P<0.05), there were no difference in scores between the patients who used clozapine or classical antipsychiatric drugs (P> 0.05).Conclusions Long stay in hospital significantly impaired to the quality of life for the schizophrenia, the effects of the atypical antipsychiatric drugs to the quality of life for schizophrenia should be studied in future.更多还原
