热处理对热塑性聚氨酯性能及微相分离影响的研究
The Studies of the Effect of Heat History on the Properties and Micro-phase Separation of the Thermoplastic Polyurethane
【摘要】 用一步法在密炼机中合成了热塑性聚氨酯 (TPU) ,并对其热处理前后的性能作了比较。实验发现 ,经过热处理的TPU样品 ,其结晶性能、热性能和机械性能都有了不同程度的提高。研究认为热处理提高了TPU的微相分离程度 ,完善了TPU中的软硬段结构。
【Abstract】 The thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) is prepared with mixer by one step, and it’s properties is compared after heating. It’s found that the crystal properties, the thermal properties and the mechanical properties etc. of the TPU is improved respectively after heating. It’s caused by the micro phase separation degree of TPU is increased as well as the soft hard segment structure is perfected.
