分光光度法测定水和废水中硫化物实验条件的优化选择
Optimize select to Mensurate the Content of Sulfid in water or Liquid wastt by spectrophotometry
【摘要】 在碱性介质中,水和废水中硫化物S2-可与碘反应,产物与CN-反应生成硫氰酸根,再与Fe3+反应,形成红色的硫氰酸铁,此生成物处于波长460nm处,可以通过对此红色液体进行分光光度法测定,根据吸光值大小确定水和废水中硫化物含量。
【Abstract】 In alkalescent medium , the sulfid (S2-)among water or liquid wast is dexidated by iodin ang react with CN- to contribute to CNSthen the resuttant react with Fe3+ produces the red Fe (CNS)3 . If this production is put into the circumstance of 460nm wave via thespectrophotometry. The content of sulfid in water or liquid wast can determined by the data of absorptien value.
