【摘要】 目的 :探讨芪丹煎对动脉粥样硬化家兔血液流变学的影响。方法 :用喂饲高脂饲料制备动脉粥样硬化模型 ,检测主要血液流变学指标。结果 :芪丹煎可明显降低高、低切变率下的全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、血小板黏附率 ,可显著降低ADP诱导的家兔血小板聚集功能。结论 :芪丹煎通过改善家兔的血液流变学 ,减轻其动脉粥样硬化程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: to discuss the effect of Qidanjian on hemorheology of rabbits with atherosclerosis. Methods: main atherosclerosis indexes were tested in the atherosclerosis model made by feeding high-fat forage. Results: Qidanjian could significantly decrease the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, packed cell volume, hemoblast adhesion with in high and low shear rate, and also decrease the platelet aggregation function of the rabbits induced by ADP. Conclusion: Qidanjian can relieve atherosclerosis by means of improving rabbit′s hemorheology.更多还原
