【Abstract】 In the past four years, the construction of the teachers’ rank of our college has achieved an outstanding result. So it is necessary to summerize the practice and experience from it, which is useful for the construction of teachers’ rank. At the same time, by analyzing the problems existing among the construction of rank, and by aming at passing the evaluation of the undergraduate college in 2005 and the longterm target and strategy of “ Three Steps”.
