无船承运经营者制度与货运代理制度

【摘要】 《中华人民共和国国际海运条例》比较详细地规定了无船承运业务管理制度,但对货运代理制度却没有涉及,本文试论述了二者之间的关系并提出修改建议。

【Abstract】 International Ocean Shipping Regulations of the People’s Republic of China stipulate the management system of non-vessel operation carrier in detail, but does not involve the system of freight agent. This paper expounds the relation of them, and putforwardsomesuggestionsofmodificationoftheRegulations.
