【摘要】 目的　提高供皮区愈合质量 ;方法　应用鼓式取皮机切取人体不同部位中厚或厚中厚皮肤 ,采取配对分组法对观察组和对照组分别施以不同覆盖方法 ,根据组织学、肉眼观察和患者自评等方法对疗效进行判断 ,使用SAS统计软件包和配对等级分组资料的秩和检验法对资料进行统计处理 ;结果　观察组和对照组在愈合时间上无明显差别 ,搔痒、刺痛和瘢痕程度等方面观察组优于对照组 ;结论　自体微粒—异体筛状复合皮移植于供皮区有助于提供供皮区愈合质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the cure quality of skin supplying area. Methods To cut out the middle thickness or high thickness skin on the different place of human body using Drum Type Skin Taking Machine, we apply matching group method and SAS statistical software package to carry out the different coverage way on the observation group and comparison group. According to the results of histology, naked eye observation and the patient’s self estimation we judge the treatment effect.Results There is no significant cure time difference between observation group and comparison group, but the observation group is superior to the comparison group on itch, pain, and scar etc. Conclusion When Self Particle-Alien Sieve Compound Skin is transplanted on the skin supplying area, it will help to improve the cure quality of skin supplying area.更多还原
