海燕Asterina pectinifera化学成分研究
Studies on the chemical constituents of the marine starfish Asterina pectinifera
【摘要】 目的对产于中国青岛海域的生物量很大的棘皮动物海燕Asterinapectinifera进行化学成分研究。方法海燕的 95 %EtOH提取物用大孔吸附树脂柱、凝胶柱和硅胶柱进行的反复分离 ,用NMR、MS和IR分析技术鉴定了它们的结构。结果分别鉴定为 1 5 β ,1 6 β 异丙叉基二氧 5α 胆甾烷 3β ,4 β ,6α ,7α ,8β ,2 6 六醇(Ⅰ )和 5α 胆甾 3β ,6α ,7α ,8β ,1 5 β ,1 6 β ,2 6 七醇 (Ⅱ ) ,其中化合物Ⅰ为新化合物
【Abstract】 The 95% ethanol extract from the whole bodies of a common Pacific starfish Asterina pectinifera was chromatographed over HPD 100 macroporous resin, normal phase silica gel and Sephadex LH 20 to yield a novel polyhydroxyl sterol (Ⅰ) along with one known polyhydroxyl sterol (Ⅱ). The structure of the new polyhydroxyl sterol was determined as 15β, 16β isopropylidenedioxy 5α cholest 3β, 4β, 6α, 7α, 8β, 26 hexaol by spectroscopic methods including FABMS, HRFABMS,IR, 1D and 2D NMR techniques.
