脂多糖和弧菌对中国对虾血清磷酸酶、超氧化物歧化酶和血蓝蛋白的影响

【摘要】 于2003年7~11月实验研究了中国对虾 (Fenneropenaeuschinensis)在注射脂多糖 (LPS)和弧菌刺激后一定时间内血清磷酸酶、超氧化物歧化酶和血蓝蛋白的变化情况。在实验期内 ,注射弧菌后 ,中国对虾体内酸性磷酸酶 (ACP)的活性显著上升。LPS和弧菌对超氧化物歧化酶的活性有一定的刺激作用。血蓝蛋白的含量,在注射弧菌后有一定程度的上升。碱性磷酸酶在中国对虾血清中活性较低

【Abstract】 Hemolymph was collected by heart puncture from cultured prawn,Fenneropenaeus chinensis,with body lengty9.5~12cm,fromJuly to November,2003.Alkaline phosphates activity in the serumwas too lowto be regarded an immunity index.After individual injection of lipopolysaccharide(10μg/g)and Vibrio anguillarum(10 8 /mL),activity of acid phosphatase(ACP),superoxide dismutase(SOD)and hemocyanin content were determined.Results showed that ACP activities was enhanced after injection of Vibrio anguillarum,SOD activity,however changed little through the same procedure.After Fenneropenaeus chinensis was stimulated by lipopolysaccharide(10μg/g),activities of ACP and SOD enhanced slightly.The method of determining content of hemocyanin was first used in Chinese shrimp and its purpose as one tool to determine immunity of Chinese shrimp merits further investigation.At the same time,content of lipopolysaccharide should be given greater attention,as a concentration of10μg/g appeared to damage the shrimp’s health.
