【Abstract】 The article deals with the significance to implement the "Maritime Su Dong" green development strategy in the respects of the effective and sustainable and harmonious development with the whole Jiangsu economy presents and its publicity value. This article presents in detail the (ecological) effects of "Maritime Su Dong" project on the marine environment, marine primary production, marine fishery resources and marine (wetlands). The article deals with the strategic measure to be carried out the project.
