【摘要】 目的　探讨连翘在细胞培养中抗呼吸道合胞病毒 (RSV)的作用。方法　采用细胞培养技术 ,以病毒唑为阳性对照药 ,比较观察连翘水提液对RSV引起的细胞病变 (CPE)的抑制作用。结果　连翘半数中毒浓度 (TC50 )为7.2 5mg ml,其抗RSV的半数有效浓度 (EC50 )为 0 .15mg ml,治疗指数 (TI)为 4 8.33,且对RSV抑制作用存在明显的量效反应关系 ;于感染RSV后 0、2、4、6、8h加入连翘水提液均有抑制RSV活性作用。结论　连翘在Hela细胞中对呼吸道合胞病毒有抑制作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the anti-respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) effect of a Chinese Medical Herb-Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.)Vahl in cell culture.Methods By the method of cell culture and using Ribavirin as a positive control,the cytopathic effect (CPE) was observed.Results The TC 50 and EC 50 of the Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl were 7.25mg/ml and 0.15mg/ml,respectively.The TI was 50.13.Moreover,Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl gave a dose-dependent response in inhibiting RSV.Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl also showed active effect on RSV when it was added at 0h,2h,4h,6h,8h after infection.Conclusion Forsythia suspensa (Thunb.) Vahl can inhibit RSV in Hela cell.更多还原
