【Abstract】 The spectroscopy identification methods for framework hetero-atom in the hetero-atom substituted molecular sieves are summarized. By monitoring the microcosmic properties changes such as crystal structure, surface acidity, electron transition rule and coordination surrounding, which caused by the incorporation of hetero-atom into sieves framework, many spectroscopy methods such as XRD, FT-IR, DR UV-Vis, Raman, MAS-NMR, XAFS, ESR and XPS can be used to identify the framework hetero-atom.更多还原
