单晶BaTiO3纳米线的低温溶剂热法制备和表征
Preparation and Characterization of Single-crystalline BaTiO3 Nanowires by Low-temperature Solvothermal Process
【摘要】 采用溶剂热技术 ,以有机钛偶合体胶束作模板成功制备了立方相单晶钛酸钡纳米线 ,并通过 X射线衍射 (XRD)、能量损失谱 (EDX)、透射电子显微镜 (TEM)、高分辨电子显微镜 (HRTEM)、选区电子衍射 (SAED)对钛酸钡纳米线进行了表征。钛酸钡纳米线呈均匀的直线形 ,直径为 2 0~ 6 0 nm,长度达到十几微米。并对 Ba Ti O3 纳米线的形成机理进行了浅析
【Abstract】 BaTiO 3 nanowires have been successfully prepared by a solvothermal process at 180℃ for 15h, using Ti(OC 4H 9) 4 , H 2O 2 , Ba(OH) 2·8H 2O and C 17H 33COOH as precursors. Convergent beam electron diffraction (CBED) and HRTEM image studies show that the entire nanowire is a single crystal. The morphology of BaTiO 3 nanowires is mainly straight. The diameter of the nanowires are about 20nm and lengths ranging between 0.5~3.0μm.Formation mechanism for BaTiO 3 nanowires has been also proposed.
