【Abstract】 The preparation method of nanometer zinc oxide has been studied using uniform precipitation process.So did the structure characteristic.It was found that under the normal pressure the precursor compound of nanometer zinc oxide would be decomposed at 230℃.As result, the average diameter of nanometer zinc oxide particles is 12～30nm and the morphology structure of it is global or similar one.zinc oxide structure is wurtzite and the lattice parameters are a =0.32482nm, c =0.52048nm.更多还原
