常压下均匀沉淀法纳米氧化锌的制备与表征
The preparation and detection of nanometer zinc oxide precursor compound under normal pressure using uniform precipitation method
【摘要】 研究了均匀沉淀法纳米氧化锌的制备方法及其形貌与结构特点 ,发现常压下氧化锌前驱体分解温度 2 30℃ ,纳米氧化锌平均粒径 12~ 30nm ,形状为球状或类球状 ,氧化锌结构为纤锌矿结构 ,晶胞参数a =0 32 4 82nm ,c=0 5 2 0 4 8nm。
【Abstract】 The preparation method of nanometer zinc oxide has been studied using uniform precipitation process.So did the structure characteristic.It was found that under the normal pressure the precursor compound of nanometer zinc oxide would be decomposed at 230℃.As result, the average diameter of nanometer zinc oxide particles is 12~30nm and the morphology structure of it is global or similar one.zinc oxide structure is wurtzite and the lattice parameters are a =0.32482nm, c =0.52048nm.
