加强兼职教授管理 促进高等院校发展
Enhancing the Management of Part-time Professors to Promote the Development of Universities
【摘要】 兼职教授作为我国高校师资队伍的重要组成部分,对高校的学术交流、学科建设、师资队伍建设、产学研的结合等起了很大的促进作用,成为高校不可多得的宝贵资源。然而,高校在兼职教授管理体制上的不规范性,导致了兼职教授的作用无法充分发挥。因此,加强兼职教授的管理工作,建立规范的管理体系,采取灵活、多样化的形式发挥其作用,成为高校利用兼职教授队伍促进自身发展的关键。
【Abstract】 As an important part of faculty members in higher education in China, part-time professors promote the development of academic exchanges, the building of disciplines, the teaching ability of the faculty and the co-operation of the industry-education-research. They have become the precious resources of the university in China. However, the problems of the standardization of the management limit them to play their roles adequately. Therefore, in order to make full use of part-time professors to promote the development of the university, the key approach is to enhance the management of part-time professors, establish a normal management system and adopt various flexible ways.
